"moved into a dirty apartment, we left it nicer than it was when we moved in and the management answered after multiple emails about our security deposit and once they did they said they would get back to us, I waited two weeks between every email and now have sent six unanswered. Elementary children could run an apartment complex better than this. Had two washers but only one worked, paper thin walls and floors, you could hear everything from all sides. Was supposed to have a covered parking spot but never got an assigned one so was left to fight over the remaining visitor spots every day. Very glad we are gone."

"No gfci protection in kitchens and bathrooms. They use a maintenance man to perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs which is illegal. Mechanical trades need to be repaired by licensed contractors. A formal complaint has been filed with the Ohio Board of Building Standards and the City of Toledo"

"I have lived here 3.7 years. I love the location, the area, and my apartment. We did have an ownership change a little over a year ago, and the new owners, & management are good people. The maintenance man is exceptional. I called him @ 9:00p.m. on Thanksgiving for a plumbing issue, and he came the same night. I have nothing but good to say, and am looking forward to being here for several more years. You get an EXCEPTIONAL apartment for your money, you get nice friendly neighbors, and you get a great management & maintenance team to work with. Couldnt ask for a better place for my $."
