Riverview Apartments

"My roommate and I are preparing to move in and - I kid you not - we got our apartment 15 minutes after the previous tenant turned in his keys! The office lady told us apartments fill up fast here, and I believe it. So be prepared for that IF an opening comes. We applied for this place because it fit our budget, it's cat-friendly, and has a stellar picnic area and an ACTUAL POOL. (Yes I will be forever salty that our previous place sold us on a pool but never fixed the thing, filled it in, and then raised our rent). Just note that as of this review, all the laundry is coin-operated and there are no elevators. I gave this place a high rating because the office lady has been stellar to work with, and very helpful. Plus the place just LOOKS nice and is situated in a quiet neighborhood."

"My family of 4 lived here july2019 until we bought a house march 2020. We were in the last building on the 3rd floor. The only complaint I have is having to drive 20mins to the main office to pay rent. I wish there was an over the phone card option or website. Anything. We just never got to the area of town where the main office was. N I don’t trust the postal system to not lose a check in the mail. HOWEVER, that is literally my only complaint. We very much enjoyed living here. Nice remodeled apartment. Very nice office manager (Amber), very nice maintenance man. If we had a maintenance issue he was on top of it. Loved the pool. Sidewalks were always shoveled when it snowed. Nice to have the option to pay extra for a covered designated parking spot instead of the free for all spots. Loved the location. Right on the river. So very quiet. Deer all over the place. All in all we really enjoyed our short stay here n I always recommend it to anyone I hear are looking for a place to rent in the area."

"This place has absolutely awful customer service experience. I mailed my rent on 2/25 and came home to a letter on 3/10 saying they didn't get my rent. Okay, not necessarily their fault. I call them, tell them I'll just have my boyfriend drop rent off on Monday 3/15 and cancel the check in the mail. He drops it off on 3/15 and today, 3/16 we came home to an eviction notice even though I called to verify today that they had received my check. Awful communication between the offices, they should be embarrassed. Funny how they're so quick to evict model tenants who respect the property and always pay early, but they're unwilling to replace a $200 dryer that has been broken for two months."

"I've been here for 4 years and still have no complaints. The maintenance guys are on top of everything. They do a great job keeping the parking area and sidewalks clear of snow and ice. Seeing how many other properties struggle with snow removal really makes me appreciate the hard work the guys put in."
