"I’ll try to keep it short. These apartments are in poor condition. Any and everything you can think of from bed bugs,fleas,mold,horrible smells and more. I had a month to month contract with the previous owner before Beal properties took over. The previous owner said nothing about selling the property and Beal properties claimed they had no record of our month to month contract and refused to accept the copy we had. We had plans to move due to the poor conditions but this company put the icing on the cake for us so we moved within days and were told to leave our keys in the unit. They tried to say we didn’t leave the keys and started an argument as if we would ever want to come back to that place for anything EVER AGAIN! Fast forward to a year later we’re getting garnished for months worth of rent from Beal properties. Thankfully the rent was dirt cheap although it should’ve been free as trashy as it was. Beal Properties took over years ago and did absolutely nothing to upgrade the units. They should be ashamed to make anyone pay rent. Go to the apartments across the street the price is the same, it’s bigger and the conditions are way better than this dump."
