"I lived here for 2 years, only stayed the extra year because I had no other options when it came time to renew or move. My apartment was a 2nd floor unit and it was just a mess. Every.Single.Door in that unit had some issue with it. And it could not be fixed or replaced. They have a huge issue keeping property managers to stay employed there I personally went through 5 different ones in the time I was there. And be careful if you ever get under their bad side and have to go to court with them. Their lawyer they hire will lie to you just to make their case and have the win. I'd rather be motel living then come here again."
"I moved in 7/23 April is Amazing!!! Love my place, the pool playground and the grounds are nicely kept. Neighbors are kind!! Feels like home!!!!!!!!!!"
"Where do I begin? We moved here back in September of 2017 when Taylor was still in charge, and things were rocky, but we got by. After Chris took over back in November of 2018, everything has fallen apart. Literally, and figuratively. The building across from us caught fire, 2 weeks later, our apartment got broken into, and God knows the TPD takes their sweet time doing absolutely anything (I will leave a separate review for them all together). Naturally, I wanted to jet out of here, but Chris still expects us to pay a break out clause (SO not happening), and acts indignant all the while. Tonight, the very last night here in this apartment, the dumpster caught fire 2 feet from my car from God knows what. My fiance put it out with the extinguisher, but it would seem this place is damn near cursed with fire. All in all, after much needed therapy from so many things happening in such a short period of time, we will heal, no thanks to our daft neighbors who evidently are too stupid to hear or see a break-in/fire. If you desire safety/security, avoid this complex like the plague it is. Also, please feel free to send this to Chris, I welcome it. I can't wait to leave tomorrow."
"Building burned down. Multiple units with smashed windows and stolen items and the occasional dumpster fire. Don't move here it's not worth being near Mr freeze. The company lies about contracts and agreements. Work is never done on time, even though the maintenance guys are great. It's not their fault not enough people get hired. Please save yourself the trouble and don't move here"
"Great place if you’re okay with the occasional apartment fire. Back in August of 2018, the other side of our apartment went up in flames due to an outdoor light hanging by wires. The fire marshal said it was an electrical fire, but the owners lied and told everyone it was because of a cigarette thrown in the mulch. It was never publicized because they turned the news away, claiming it was private property. As most people know, just a week ago, a much worse fire completely destroyed one of the oldest buildings. I’m sure it was a cigarette this time too. People I knew who lived there for years and years were forced to leave. There is no “buzz in” system, so anyone can walk into the hallways of the apartment. Doorknobs fell off most of my doors. Our bathroom door fell off completely. Our closet door. A single deadbolt keeps you separated from the outside world. So if you get locked out, just kick the door in! I’m also pretty sure they just painted over mold before the new tenants walked in. It’s a lot of space for a cheap price. It’s in a good area, so I was never in fear of my life. Packages WILL get stolen though. So if you’re okay with all of the above mentioned, you can’t get a bigger apartment for a cheaper price."
