"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could. My apartment flooded on CHRISTMAS EVE, 2022 and the damages are still not fixed here in 2024. The vacant apartment next to me just flooded today and is soaking water into my carpet. These are truly unacceptable living conditions for anyone in 10 degree weather. The only reason they are so fast to respond is because one of the staff live in the apartments near us and wanted to check their apartment. I tried calling their regular line and they NEVER ANSWER!!! I called after hours maintenance during business hours to get some type of response and they told me to just try again with their regular line. It’s funny to me that the staff won’t answer their requests for emergency maintenance until you drive to the office and ask in person. The office is run by so many unprofessional employees. DO NOT MOVE HERE, this place is run by slum lords who don’t care about the well being of their tenants and violate the lease agreements all the time!!"
"No one answers the phones. No one answers emails. No one answers any questions anyone has. My ledger has hundreds of dollars in month to month fees and late fees despite the fact that I have a current lease. The property manager refuses to acknowledge my emails. The corporate company (Ressco) refuses to acknowledge my emails. I can't get anyone to answer why I have hundreds of dollars of fees on my account nor can I have them removed."
"First, This place gets 0 stars, I gave 1 star because I had too. Where do I even start with this place. Please when you see the other reviews believe them. This place is TERRIBLE. We have been living here for 3 years (unfortunately), but the area is nice so we've tried to stick it out but it's getting worse. Within the 3 years we've been here there have been about 4-5 property managers and we've lost count on how many leasing agents we've seen. When trying to call and speak with someone it's nearly impossible, I stand a better chance at getting in touch with the president. So now we have to take off work early and "TRY" to catch them before they close at 6. Well that's pointless because either no one is there when you show up or when you do the people you really need to speak with are either gone or telling you they have to go and to make an appointment. How can an appointment be made when no one answers the phone or returns messages? To start the price they give for rent is a lie, they say that certain utilities are included in the rent price that is a lie. The price they give is the rent by itself, then they add on a whole lot of extra things and now even charging extra for water and trash. When you ask to get an itemized receipt I'm told I have to email the company for that. Paying extra for water, which is crazy because they had someone come fix our toilet and now the toilet is constantly running. They had someone come fix our bathroom floor about a year ago and we mentioned that the floor is not sturdy and very weak....this was a year ago and they have yet to come look/fix this floor. Not sure why we are paying the pest portion in rent because there is always some type of ant, bug or something around. There was even a time there was a bat in our garage. That wasn't addressed at all, just looked completely over. Our garage door broke at one point, it took them a year to fix that, reached out the manager and never heard anything about compensation for that. There is so much more but save your time and money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It truly is a waste of money and honestly your time."
"We took a tour and paid the fee to apply. After that, communication dwindled. Unfortunately the office lacks training and professionalism. With the leasing agents best efforts, they still were not able to answer questions. Even as simple as square footage, rent pricing, pet policy and deposit. During the recent media backlash due to poor maintenance and conditions, i was told no one could provide insight on whether my assigned unit is affected. When asking very specific questions via email i was critiqued on my verbiage and line spacing instead of getting the questions answered. Leasing agents had no idea about the process of renovations, vacancies, application process etc. After expressing my discomfort on their lack of knowledge, the communication came to a halt. It took over 2 weeks to process my application and i was informed i was approved a day after my original move in date. I am familiar with their software as i am in the same field. It does not take that long to process. I feel as though i was treated unfairly due to me being vocal about my discomforts and job title. This caused an inconvenience for my household as i was pregnant and trying to move before delivery. Once my boyfriend applied separately he was approved within 24 hours and contacted promptly by staff. I then contacted the office to link our applications and again, communication stopped. For 3 weeks i was not able to get adequate updates on our unit. I was told the maintenance supervisor quit and there was no info on our move or the unit. I contacted corporate multiple times and countless emails. No response. Amazingly a day before our second move in date we were told the unit is ready to be viewed. However we could not risk being homeless with our newborn and extended our current lease. When expressing the challenges we faced and requested compensation i was told “well you’re not going to get your money back it’s non refundable.” I am unsure how you expect to maintain a high occupancy rate when you treat your current tenants like they’re disposable and you neglect your possible tenants. I am still requesting to be compensated due to the poor management services and the incompetence of staff. It’s disheartening because the rates are high and the homes are in a good area of Toledo yet the services provided resemble an impoverished area. I recommend proper training and certifications to be conducted. These are people homes and it is more than a job. Hopefully you do not question your low ratings and complaints as it is consistent. Do better. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. It seems as though no one has time to speak until a bad review is made."
"We have been trying to just tour an apartment this whole week long three separate times and have not seen anything once. The first time we were told we could stop in anytime and tour an apartment and there was only one person there so they couldn't do a tour which fine, lets book an apointment then for the next day. We come back at 5:30 and they take us to a townhouse which I say we booked to view a 2bed 2bath apartment, not this. She apologized and said there wasn't anything to tour so we had to book yet another appointment for two days later. We come back today at 5:30 for our appointment and no one is there. There is a sign on the door saying "we missed you! we will be back at 5:45". So whatever, we wait and we wait and we wait and 6pm rolls around and we just leave. I called 10 times today to even get in touch with someone to confirm that they had our apartment to view today but no answer. They do not value your time here at all. My roommate lives an hour north and comes down for these three appointments we have had. Never get these apartments. Not answering the phone + not respecting appointment times = red flags. I am very dissapointed with this place, and I was looking forward to potentially moving here since we were referred by a friend. This was incredibly disrespectful to our time and I hope that they do better in the future but I have no expectations. I would rate 0 stars if I could."
