"Downsizing and moving here from a large home where the kids grew up was an emotional and difficult decision - but the staff here made it easy and seamless. The manager Krystal followed up on every email, voice message, and question I had, and made sure I was able to lease an apartment that made my transition happy. Which I never thought could happen. The communication and caring by the staff, and the efforts by Krystal, are something that will keep me wanting to stay here. The amenities and the beautiful apartments aren’t enough if the management isn’t professional. Grateful to have found a new home!"

"PROS: Beautiful apartments, great neighbors CONS: This complex is run by an office of short tempered employees. It’s no wonder why they can’t keep a consistent staff since Kim left. They hook you in with good behavior initially. However, all hell breaks loose when you actually move-in and have any issues. I cannot count how many yelling matches I have overheard and how unprofessional the manager behaves. It’s very concerning that a company with a good reputation has not replaced the managers yet nor seems to care. The tenants here are all too afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation from her, so most are just keeping heads down until the lease end. Otherwise, there would be plenty of negative reviews. They were at peak when Kim Kyle and Betsy were there. Since then, they have gone downhill and the prices only continue to rise. This place just isn’t what it use to be. My advice is if you move-in to avoid interacting with anyone in the office if you can."
