"It was a great place to live when I moved in 8 years ago. Now, the management seems to not care about the residents & manages by threats. Things are broken - plumbing, electrical etc. I was without a kitchen sink for over 6 weeks & had a mold issue from an improperly installed heat/air unit. Instead of fixing the problem they blocked off the duct to the bedroom so the mold is contained in the duct. Now I get no heat or sir in the bedroom! If you treasure your health, don't move to West Haven!"

"I was there to pick up my son from my ex, the hallways smell so musty and of an old days nursing home. I know it's older living but they don't enjoy the smells either. The new manager has done nothing but wreak havoc among these residents from my understanding. My ex has lost his job because of him questioning a job he's done for 3 yrs. Pretty piss poor customer service."

"Wonderful Manager! Apartment building is clean, warm and smells good. Apartments themselves are nice. 55 an older living. Connected to the senior center. The apartment rent is based on your monthly income and all utilities are included! Laundry room prices are below minimum!"
