Horizon Pointe Villas and Horizon at Hillcrest Apartments

"Filled an application out , paid the 300 for admin fee and application and put another 300 down for security deposit. Ending up finding another apartment who processed my application same day when this company still over a week still didnt process mine , never even called me to give me updates. I had to constantly keep calling and i told them i wanted to cancel and only got refunded my security deposit. Please save your money and don't apply here if you wanna lose 300 dollars . A bunch of scandalous scam artists in my opinion. Money hungry establishment."

"They are a money hungry establishment! They do not care for their potential tenants and will steal your money when they cannot provide an apartment for you. I don't recommend, find another company to lease from who care a little more. Or if you like loosing money and not having a place to live this might be right for you. JOKE of a company."

"We live in the phase 2 villas (newest built). These were built to look like luxury apartments, but cheap materials were used. Paint is peeling from the bottom of the doors like it's glued paper. Our shower floor has been cracking and becoming increasingly worse over the past 4 months. Management initially had someone repair the first crack, which again broke less than a month later. Management claims they are working with a new authorized repair company for the shower and have no ETA on arrival. Their response was to put Gorilla tape on the floor of our shower and deem it safe to use. Since their Gorilla tape visit, the shower has cracked even more. I informed management of this and they claimed they are still waiting on the authorized repair company. I'm including pictures of the shower with a shampoo bottle for size reference."

"Very nice place to live. The three bedroom apartments are roomy. The second bathroom and included appliances are also an added bonus. The staff are friendly and maintenance is always on top of things. My only real complaint is the parking situation. This has less to do with the owner and more with some of the other residents. Some people have three, four or even five vehicles. This makes parking very difficult at times. I hate to park too far away from my apartment and walk back in the dark after work. If possible, it would be nice if you could add more spaces across from the apartments by the garage. There's more than enough space to do so. Other than that, my fiancee and I really enjoy living here."
