"Unfortunately, Greentree condominiums are ran poorly. Condo fees are high for the quality of condos. For example, weeds are not pulled, trash is left in yards, no one answers the phone in the office, and the president is not professional (Ron Mertz). Mr. Mertz has been seen yelling at owners and renters. Projects are not done properly. Projects that were started months and years ago remain unfinished, making the buildings look very unpleasant. Save time and money and look elsewhere!"
"Poor management keeps this place looking like dr. Suess's nightmare. Roofs sidewalk and painting projects from years ago remain unfinished. People in place of authority act unprofessional and rude with no respect for another person's concerns."
