"Love the area and the apartment! Problem is staffing, so I'm told. I've been here since the first year, the rent has gone up while everything else has gone down! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a maintenance person to take care of a problem! I'm told there is no maintenance person available. The people they have doing the lawn care now are terrible! It's almost like they don't care about the property anymore."

"Showed up for our appointment to see a unit. No one was there. We waited 15 minutes until someone (assuming grounds keeper) came and asked what we needed. Said we had an appointment and he said that no one was there... he called someone and she tried to say that we missed our appointment which is impossible because we called a few days before and made sure. Trying to blame us was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. Will definitely not be returning for another appointment. Ridiculous."

"This is a cute and quiet little community. Located right behind the dollar general,and minutes away from Kroger. It's a perfect location."

"The groundskeeping is an eyesore. There are more weeds than grass. Multiple town homes have complained about water backing up in the dishwashers, laundry rooms and leaking into other rooms. Maintenance is hit or miss. The property manager Mary has been caught in several lies and the company seems to be violating people's rights. The town homes weren't built very good. You can see the nails where they put up the walls, caulking is missing from various walls and windows, parts of roofs are sagging and siding is coming off or bubbling out. Rent goes up every year. These were supposed to be income based or lower income, but is not. It's advertised as affordable housing but is not. Very disappointing."

"Jenny are leasing manager is awesome, but as far as the apartments I have to rate a one my three bedroom apartment has a beautiful layout and they come with great appliances but it's very tight, the bedrooms are small, your front room can barely fit a big couch and a chair, you have no actual dining area but there is a bar stool area. Maintenance is off site and he only works once a week so its a pain when you need something repaired. The property grounds is the biggest eyesore, it makes the property look very unkept, we have more weeds than grass, it's very embarrassing. Other than that I love the place its quiet, the people is friendly, I give a 5 star on safety, Whitehouse police are awesome their nice and friendly and the school system is awesome. So sad to say I would not refer Whitehouse Square Townhomes as a suggested place to live. But I would recommend Whitehouse Ohio. *UPDATE* since my review they have been keeping the grounds looking very nice. Very happy."
