"Nice & affordable prices but have to put more more than one request for maintenance. Made a mistake and left two dollars off the rent check and I got a 30 days to vacate. After receiving the vacate notice the vent that been hanging from ceiling since July 2019 was fixed April 20, 21 within 5 minutes. Management do not stay until posted hours. When management does apartment inspection only check the fire extinguisher and change filter."
