"I’ve been living here for almost two years and I haven’t really had any problems until we got this new older older woman in the office and she has messed up my paperwork not turning in things on her end that I’ve filled out time and time again. 10/10 she needs fired."

"Really this place does not rate any stars. Worst place ever to live. Poorly managed. And it usually looks like a dump site. I will let the photos below show how bad this place is. 90% of the apt.'s and the homes in the Villa are over-ridden with wet damp walls and mold in most corners and closets as shown in some pic's. Please do not waste your money. Per the reviews...management for these apt's has the rating of below ZERO.. Be warned and don't waste your time or money. " To" Response from the owner" May I ask... Whom did you discuss my issues with? I was not privy to any meetings on how my issues were being handled nor were the ongoing issues corrected. I owned a home prior to moving to Delta, Ohio, so I have never had any evictions on anything that I've ever rented. I have been visiting Delta for over 25 years and have lived here for a total of 12 years and have never had to deal with any bias persons but I wanted my mentally challenged grandson that has been with me from at the age of 3 days old to receive a great education. I have been told that I was the first Black to rent one of these apartments and for 10 years I've had no serious problems, until the current management. 5-6 months later I'm still dealing with frivolous violations....? Not only was I not warrant a eviction notice but to take it to court and the Judge rules in my favor but now I'm told that you want me to pay a $200 cost for your lawyers filing fee....? NOT...! Per the court's judgement on this case quote..All cost will be upon the PLAINTIFF....unquote."

"I've lived here for almost five years.there are some good points and bad I live in the single units. Good:nice sized apartments,a lot of closet space,they've gotten rid of a lot of the druggie neighbors and poor management who later on she was sent to jail for fraud Bad:parking sucks,no outdoor privacy,people in villas are loud and obnoxious,people enjoy dragracing,people that don't live in the apartments dump their trash in our dumpsters so they are always full,no outdoor lighting for street or parking lot,children play in the street and block,the people that mow the lawn don't pick up anything so they run over stuff and shoot it all over the lawn and drive,the so called lawn maintenance person does nothing it's a joke!!!!"

"I've lived here for 5 years now and I live in the villas so its not as bad. But on the other side there are drugs being used so I really would not recommend that side I would rather recommend the villas more. And they have a park that is so nasty one slide one tiny swing that is broke. OH don't even get me started with the roads there so bad every time we drive down the roads were going 1 mph so. And they think they give u so much with your garage it is one car. So that is the end of my review thank u for reading"
