"To start: -My apartment was never painted before I moved in, and still has not been painted almost 6 months later. -I have an inordinate amount of spiders and odd looking insects. -the buildings are not well maintained. Hallway carpets are filthy, spider webs in ceiling corners, wall paint peeling, water stains on the ceilings, and they have a musty smell. -exterior: paint is peeling off of the exterior trim, lumber on my 2nd story deck is rotting. You can see the rest for yourself by stopping by and looking for yourself. -my apartment was never cleaned and sanitized prior to me moving in. I pulled the refrigerator and stove away and there was years of filth, food, grease under the appliances. The cabinets were sticky inside and out. The walls were/are still covered in grease, spilled food, etc. The range hood filter is covered in grease and drips grease every time the stove heats up, even after I washed it. The bathroom tub was atrocious, I had to strip the buildup of soap scum off of the tub, and it took me several hours.the carpet, which looked new, was full of some kind of grey dust that has given my vacuum a permanent smell of dirty feet. I went through many vacuum bags trying to remove that peutred smelling substance. -the walls are paper thin and I can hear every argument, screaming child, marajuana stench, coming from neighboring apartments. -neighbors do not clean up after their pets making it a nuisance to walk my dog. -renters are forced to pay for water and the water bills are $$$$$+ Unfortunately I had to take the apartment sight-unseen or else the manager was going to live on to the next applicant. I wish now I would have passed but I needed a place to move and apartments in Henry County are few. In summation: Eastpoint Apartments are the perfect apartment for ghetto life with $$$$$ rent."

"Extremely rude to clients and have a very person to person view on dog breeds in which they allow. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend."
