"Nice location but horrble management. Total lack of knowledgeable maintenance staff and contractors for the last ten years or more have led to multiple apartments riddled with water leaks and black mold infestations. 80%+ of units are currently still running off the original 1971 breaker boxes and are an extreme fire hazard seeing as most units have dead shorts in electrical wiring inside the walls and the breakers are not functioning properly to provide a safety mechanism to the circuits. Company expects so much of tenants but is completely incompetent itself. Old concrete foundations are all shifting and degrading. Which not only is leaving unfixable cracking but also access to ground water coming into units and is releasing poisonous silica from the older concrete. Will eventually be sanctioned to gut and redo the place or tear it down."

"Was evicted from this place due to an Old drunk who would constantly complain we were partying, even when the apartment was empty. Management HATES college kids. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
