"This is the third time I have lived in this complex totaling almost 18 years. These people really know how to take care of apartment living facility. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. And they allow you to rate their performance. I cannot think of a single negative against the management in the ownership of this complex. The grounds are extremely well maintained and if there is storm damage or anything out of orders they are on it immediately. The rent rates are extremely affordable for this well-maintained property. If something's wore out they replace it without question. When I came back this third time I actually felt like I was home again. And I have never run into anyone who has lived here who has had a single negative thing to say about any of the staff management or ownership. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. They are that good and this is a great place to live."

"We moved away from Lake Forest about a year ago when we purchased our first home. Sorry for the late review! This is by far the best complex in town for quiet or family living. I lived here for 3+ years and never had one issue with the staff, any of the neighbors or the maintenance team. It's very nice to not have neighbors above or below you. The attic was great for storage and a car port is very nice in the winter. Having easy access to Kreager Park was an amazing perk that i miss today. If you are looking for a cozy home-like environment, this complex is great."
