"If your looking to rent out here, keep looking. 4-27-22, One of my major issues have been taken care of, thank you Jim. Still waiting for lawn care to fill in ruts in my yard made when they mowed, that was in October. Hopefully that's next and I can delete this post. 5-27-22 They just mowed, doesn't this look wonderful! Posted new photos, ruts still not filled in. I had to use my weed eater along the patio because grass was too long, no adjustment on the blades? What does it take to have lawn care done correctly? 6-9-22 Mike and Austin were here today doing repairs.They did a great job! Very courteous and friendly. Keepers! Thanks guys! 6-16-22 water running down side of my furnace, filter is wet! Maintenance guy, Mike came out. Replaced furnace filter and suggested running a fan to help with the condensation. Thank you Mike! Kudos to maintenance!"
