"Very poor management I've had my ceiling come in causing water damage that black hole was there 4 months before they even came out to seal it up. They came today at random pulled my toilet up for some reason & did not properly put it back together left my tub a muddy mess my ceiling is still on the same coat as it was 3 months ago Michelle still has not put any orders in to fix issues for my garbage disposal or my lights as well. Tried emailing phone calls left my number I even went to the office I'm still a resident & it's pretty sad the apartments are lovely just poorly managed. It's been 8 months of this I do not recommend at all"

"The management is doing a much better job but they still can't seem to wrangle their maintenance men together for some simple fixes. The apartments are newly refurbished and look very nice but simply can't stand up to simple wear and tear. However I'm sure with a little maintenance on them they'd be up to par. I'm growing mold in my walls because someone was supposed to come caulk up my bath tub months ago. These issues have been mentioned during inspection and management seems to take them seriously but to no avail."

"It may be looking nicer, on the outside. DO NOT move here. Trash and construction materials left everywhere, ants come in the walls and windows. If handicapped, do not move here, difficult to avoid falls or getting hurt. Not recommend for families or kids. A lot of drama , he said she said, most days. Things outside get stolen and drugs around the area most days."

"Definitely need to renovate. I have family that has lived here, they kept to themselves and had no issues."
