"Dr Mach might as well still be in Dental School. Billing is a scam. Nobody knows what they are doing over there. I was called a conspiracy theorist by the receptionist at the front desk for questioning the cleaning process. I was presented with a bill for having a crown glued back on that never was done correctly by them to begin with. I was charged $338 after I cancelled the followup appointment stating reasons I felt that Mach didn’t have much experience after researching the “treatment plan” I was given. I called about the bills I keep receiving,even though insurance paid them and I paid my portion of the co-insurance. It seemed that disagreeing with Mach’s inexperience and cancellig any further appointments,I was treated rudely and was spoken to condescendingly. Which caused me to blow up and use language I would never use to someone. Crooks. Thieves. Quacks. I’m sure they will reply with the same attitude that shows what pieces of garbage they are. I will be contacting the BBB. I still am still considering a lawsuit for them cracking a molar that had to be extracted as well."
