"I am absolutely glad I went to Dr. Jackson's office in Barrington for my implants, I first visited his office in the summer of 2021 for initial patient procedures, then on December 3rd 2021 I drove up for the first big appointment, extractions of what I had left in my maxilla, then he proceeded to put in 5 abutments for my temporary implant dentures of which I had that in up until September 8th 2023, the main reason it took a while was complicated, my mandible had some issues, I couldn't get the bottom 4 molars out that day, I had that done in February of 2022, and up until just recently I didn't have molars, but I did have the crown foundations in after a few trips, because of infections at the extraction sites, so after more road-trips than I can remember, (the last few were plastic molding and wax prototype fitting appointments,) I had an appointment on September 8th that I wasn't totally sure what else was going to happen, then I realized that it was THE DAY, the one day I had been looking forward to for not just the last few years, more like the past decade, Dr. Jackson and his assistant put in the BEAUTIFULY crafted teeth seen in the pics below. I was so excited and relieved, this process took a toll on me, because each appointment was 570 miles round-trip. To have the 2nd to last procedure done was just incredible, the final one will be adjustments (if needed,) and dental cement application to ensure that these incredible teeth don't go anywhere. I certainly don't mind driving up 2 times a year when all this other stuff is done for cleanings, as this office is the ONLY place I can have anything done. It'll just be nice to have the time between appointments to get other things done that have been put on hold. I really can't thank Dr. Jackson and everyone else involved at his office enough for getting this all done so professionally and after this long they've become friends of mine, we all have been through a lot, and it's been a wild ride. But now I can finally enjoy foods I definitely couldn't back when I had my old teeth. Cleaning these beauties is a bit of a learning curve, but I have tons of time to get everything down, I had some meals over the last few days after THE appointment that until the last appointment I could only dream of eating. It's helped raise my spirit up a ton. I have more confidence when going out around town and engaging in social activities, this is just the beginning of a new journey, one I hope never ends. So, If I knew what I know now about how much of a process this was going to be back in '21 would've I done it? Yes, all good things take TONS of effort, and the pay-off in this case is life-changing in every way. I still look in the mirror in amazement and awe of this stupendous smile. I'll never be able to forget just how much Dr. Jackson & his staff, helped me have a better quality of life."

"My daughter and I went to Tom Jackson to get some implants, etc. done on her teeth. During our first visit, Tom examined my daughter's mouth and afterwards told us he thought the whole procedure would come in just under $20k. We thought great, seems reasonable and went ahead with the process. My daughter, who lives out of town, flew in for the second visit to start the process. The following day we receive the treatment plan from his assistant. The estimated cost was a little over $34k (70% above estimate). We were flabbergasted. We called Tom and asked him how he could have been off that much on his original quote and he said "I don't do billing". Needless to say we stopped the process and looked elsewhere. We found a very professional outfit, very highly rated and who my daughter was very comfortable with and whose treatment plan estimated the total cost at under $19k for the same procedures (less than Tom's original quote). What a terrible experience. My daughter has gone through the first part of the procedure and everything looks great. One other note - after we called and complained, Tom said he would refund our fees for the second visit (not the first) but we had to sign a nondisclosure agreement (gag order) not to discuss this on social media. I declined."

"I was referred to Dr. Jackson and his team by my dentist Dr. Steve. I have had issues with my teeth for a long time and I have been really scared to have work done on my mouth. Dr. Jackson, Brittany and Stacy from my very first consultation were very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. One of the best things about my experience is that I was able to pay installments and once I paid in full, I was able to book my appointment.The day of my surgery, I had an implant put in, I was so nervous.
