"First of all the pizza was cold. I had called at 4:30 for a 5:30 pickup but obviously the pizza was already prepared early so it was cold when I arrived at 5:40pm. I was charged $14.95 plus toppings, each topping was charged individually. $8 dollars extra for 3 toppings of a caprese pizza with cauliflower crust when it should have been $14.95 plus $4.When I called back the manager told me that that is how he is supposed to charge me by the owners and I should speak to the owners for a clarification. The store manager was not willing to listen to reason. An owner was not available on Sunday evening and that I could call tomorrow to possibly talk to an owner if available. I did call another location who confirmed that the charge should have been been $14.95 plus $4 for the pizza. Highly disappointed. Will never pick up pizza at the Hudson GIONINOS store again. I would advise other costumers to check their receipts."

"Highly disappointed. I usually get my pizza and wings from Streetsboro but decided to get it from the Hudson location. I asked for crispy wings and well let's just say that they are not all near crispy and they're not very good and I'm not quite sure what it is. The buckeye wings are usually to die For in these are me eating them to not waste my money. Pizza is a little bit overdone but it's the wings that threw me"

"our pizza wasn’t cooked at all. This is the most undercooked pizzas I have ever gotten. Most of the dough was still raw. I shouldn’t have to spend $25 on a pizza I’m just gonna have to recook."
