"The wonderful in housekeeping are just plain bad &$@ I have a service dog Zeek and I introduced him to the wonderful ladies and he was absolutely in love with everyone of them and I think they fell in love with him!! I recommend this place to everyone especially if you have a pet because the housekeeping ladies were so loving to my baby!!! Ladies keep your eyes open for Zeek cause he will be coming back to see you guys. Thank you so much Zeek and his Daddy and Mommy"

"I gave 3 stars because the desk staff are super friendly and service is good but the reason I only gave 3 stars is because the water temperature in my shower is a freaking joke. The water is warm but definitely not hot enough it may just be the room I'm in idk. But I'm definitely not enjoying my showers"

"My goodness, I had the most genuine and sweetest front desk night clerk help me. It really makes you decide whether you want to stay at a place or not depending on the staffs attitude. I felt so welcomed by her, and it was so very heartwarming. Meant a lot to me! Thank you, Jennifer Triplett!! If anyone is looking for a home like experience, then this is definitely the hotel."

"Room seemed cleaned. I was just getting out of the snow and stopped for the night. The reason I will come back if needed, is the super friendly desk staff I encountered. Jennifer and another lovely lady. They really made me feel like I'd known them forever. I hope comfort inn gives them a raise. Also, super huge blessing, I was informed that coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day and I think they said oatmeal as well. I've never seen that before. Bless yall from Tennessee!"

"Very good hotel. Friendly front desk service and housekeeping staff, clean rooms with good beds. Few little downsides - guest washing machine was out of order, the vending machines only took cash and didn't work the best, the shower head in our room didn't want to stay on its holder (walk in shower in an accessible room). But the breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel being pet friendly was a real plus. Convenient location right off the highway and next to a gas station."
