"Maryann Gagliardi the Risk/Claims Manager is unable and unwilling to offer any type of solution for my stolen items that were taken from my room at Hilton Clearwater Beach resort. in other words so refuses to do her job. She and her 'thorough investigation' were unable to take any responsibility or hold any parties involved responsible for the lack of care and treatment of guests. Instead she choose to blame me and my husband for eating at an off property restaurant and taking an uber - so we must of left our items elsewhere. -100 stars. a complete waste of time and lost some precious braincells reading the conclusion of her 'thorough investigation'"
