Romeo's Pizza 134 East Aurora Road, Northfield, OH 44067

"I placed an online delivery order at 4:45 which estimated a 50 minute arrival time. When our pizza had not arrived by 6pm I called to check the status of our order. I was told the manager had tried to deliver the pizza but no one answered the door. When I explained we had a nest doorbell camera and no one had shown up to our door the gentleman on the line responded with “too bad I guess you aren’t getting your pizza” then proceeded to hang up on me. My husband then went to the store to show the doorbell camera and was then told that the manager who tried to deliver went to the wrong house. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Will not be ordering from the Northfield store again."

"I received my pizza I ordered on doordash and found a blue sewing thread on my pizza I doesn’t understand how this happened !? and I feel sick after consuming a slice of pizza gems must have been on my pizza never again ordering."

"Great pizza, fun people! My son isn’t feeling well so I asked the staff to write him a message and draw his favorite animal on the pizza box. Romeo’s did not disappoint! Thank you to the staff who took the time to fulfill a silly request to help a kid feel better! It definitely brought a smile to his face! 4/27/23 at 5:15 pm."

"Pizzas not bad but the girl who answers the phone is so rude. Tried ordering today and the attitude was so nasty I just said forget it. I guess they don't have subs but she's acted as if I should know and that ordering one is some crazy requests. Hire persons with better people skills!"
