"As a whole the administrative staff are completely unprofessional. I called scheduling to cancel an appointment I couldn’t make 2 days before my appointment and they had the AUDACITY to ban me from making appointments for 6 months and now I have to waste entire days waiting for walk in spots to open. Also they give no notice whatsoever when providers are changing their hours (read as: the provider is here 4 days a week and they told the clinic months in advance they were going to 3 days a week and the clinic never notified patients of the change). I just wasted over two hours of my morning showing for a doctors appointment I couldn’t even attend. Wildly unhelpful and rude"
