"I came here about 2 months ago and they were amazing. I will be honest and say they were very good with me. Place is clean.. staff was attentive. But I had a couple scheduled appointments and couldn’t make it. My 3 year old daughter caught Covid horrible in December and right after my best friend was killed by a drunk driver in my home town(Manhattan New York). Which I went for a week. And then I caught Covid through the new year. And then I lost my grandmother the first week of January and flew down to Greensboro, North Carolina. I had my phone on dnd through that whole time.. I did not want to speak to anyone but family.. by the grace of God I had my bills on auto pay, because those would’ve been neglected to. I even left from my job for a month. Well, when I went back to work and tried to focus and get everything in order that I just didn’t think about during those times.. I called them and explained to the woman my situation and she said I was banned. The way the world is going and how sometimes life happens, I would’ve loved some grace. Maybe even a cancellation fee or something so I can continue my dental plan with them. I thought the way I was told by the receptionist was just cold. She didn’t even acknowledge my situation. Maybe it’s because I was still dealing with some of the issues and giving.. but this was my first time and it all happened during the holidays which made things even worse. But they just cut me off. I wish I was mentally in the position to communicate at those times but to be honest it was the last thing on my mind. Outside of that.. everything else here was a great experience."
"Patient for 3 years and absolutely love seeing this dentist and his staff! State of the art equipment and office is so beautiful and inviting....overall just simply comfortable and pain free! Highly recommend, especially for people who are afraid or hate going to the dentist!!"
