"Had to go in today for permanent filling for a root canal I had done recently. The filling process was simple and quick for me. I barely felt the shot. And the assistant that Dr pandya had was the best! I think her jacket said her name was Courtney? I might have her name wrong but she was so nice and I was not scared at all! Dentist scare me because I've had bad experiences at other dentist in past and honestly because of this dentist I am not afraid anymore to have work done. I'm honestly excited to come back and have more work done to better improve my teeth since I didn't take care of them growing up. This dentist is gentle and I love it here! Anyone with deathly fear of dentist I encourage you guys to give this dentist a chance! And also Brenda from the front desk is the best! Nicest receptionist I have ever met. I love this place!"

"At my daughter's latest appointment I was really impressed with how patient and caring the team was. My daughter had a horrible experience at a previous pediatric dentist and was trembling and scared at first going to ANY Dentist again Courtney (hope I got her name right!) Was so patient and really took the time to calm my 10 year old down and explain everything to the dentist about her experience and why she was freaking out. They were able to complete the appointment and calm all her fears and show her that all dentists are not scary!"

"Ladies at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. I brought in the wrong insurance card by accident...told them a family member was bringing up the new one and she said okay thats fine. I sat back down and 10 mins later she called me back up and said unfortunately your old one isn't going through (yeah because its the wrong card) she said we are going to have to reschedule you and they're pushed out until December-January. I said give me 10 more minutes and the family member will be here. She said your already 30 minutes passed your appointment we need to reschedule and got an attitude. I never write reviews but that's poor service. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for a dentist and I recommend you all should as well!"

"Horrible experience. Went in for an infection in a broken tooth that needed removed. The antibiotics i was given weren't treating the infection properly and i was in a ton of pain. When calling the dentist they were 0 help and said call the doctor. This is when i should have known not to go back. When i went back in for extraction they had to break my tooth in 3 pieces and drill into and around the broken tooth while pushing and pulling at the side of my jaw for about an hour or more. Today (the day after) I'm in a huge world of pain. They sent me home with 0 medications after the procedure and said try to get some rest. I had to call back and forth for 3+ hours with this office before finally getting them to release a prescription for motrin. I have had a total of 5 teeth extractions now and this is the only one i have ever had a problem with. It is also the only one ive had done at this place. Take that as you wish."
