"I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary for people to know. I went to this provider after being reccomended by a family member. On my first visit, after xrays, Dr. Tammy told me I had 13+ cavities. I've never had a cavity in my life before, but it had been 2 years since I had been to the dentist because of COVID, so I assumed she was right and made the multiple appointments to have the cavities fixed. We scheduled 3 sessions, at the first session, I waited for 45+ min after getting the lidocaine injection before she could work on me because she was bouncing between patients and no other dentist was in the office. After that session, I had jaw pain and headaches that just kept getting worse and worse. She said my bite was misaligned because of the fillings and had me come in so she could file them down, which she did for free. After the second session, the same thing happened except I had intense pain in one specific tooth she had worked on that wouldn't go away even after filing down the filling. She took another xray and saw a pocket of either inflammation or infection around the tooth and tried to tell me it must have been preexisting from before she worked on it. I had her pull the first set of xrays she took on my first visit to compare, before she worked on me, the inflammation was not there at all, which she had to agree once she saw them side by side. I was supposed to have a 3rd appointment to fill in 5 remaining cavities, but at that point I felt extremely uncomfortable, so I went to a different office, where a different dentist told me of the 5 spots Dr. Tammy said had cavities that still needed filling, only one of them he thought was questionable enough to even be worth it. What I can give credit to Dr. Tammy for is that she seems like a very nice woman, her staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, she often just seems overworked and, at the time, I don't believe she had any other dentist consistently in the office to help with patients, but I have never had dental problems before or since going to her office. Especially after the bills it racked me up and the problems it caused me for cavities I may not even have had, I can't in good conscience reccomend her to anyone else."
