"DISAPPOINTED AND DISHEARTENED.. I pay my bills and treat people with respect!! Unfortunately the accounting department doesn’t want to do their job and actually pick up phone and call my insurance company instead it’s copy paste and email.. MR CAPOCCI MR CAPOCCI MR CAPOCCI the burden is on you to pay this entire bill immediately OR ELSE..COLLECTIONS.. I have been in contact with my insurance company and the bill will be paid but the STAFF NEEDS TO DO THEIR JOB AND CALL US… Upset with doctor ash he doesn’t monitor this kinda of nonsense.. I have resigned as a patient and will never return and will Waite for my day in court and prove GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE ACCOUNTING STAFF-DELIBERATE-LAZY.. If my name was MR TIMKEN I HAVE NO DOUBT THIS BILL WOULD BEEN PAID BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY WOULD CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. DONT WORRY THEY WERE STILL PUSHING ME TO GET A NEW CAP $2500 TOO the sad thing it’s a bill for $266.00 I even over paid what I need to upfront..it’s all because of COPY PASTE REPEAT EMAIL.. DELIBERATE NOTHING BETTER TO DO.. DOCTOR ASH YOU HAVE A GREAT STAFF CONGRATULATIONS.. BEAT UP AND LEFT TO DIE JOE CAPOCCI"
