"I've been going here for 10 years. The service is good, the prices are very reasonable, and they certainly don't push you to get unnecessary procedures done. For example - I took my 4-year-old to get her first exam. Another dentist nearby quoted me $170 for the full menu of services. But, I went to Yoder Dental and was only charged $30. All my child would let them do is take a good look at her teeth, she wouldn't let them do any polishing or x-rays, so obviously I was only charged for the superficial exam. But $30 is a great price for that. I asked about a fluoride treatment, but the dentist told me it wouldn't be necessary since my child has such strong teeth. I was impressed they didn't give her the treatment - I imagine that under the circumstances many dentists would have. They seem to actively talk you out of unnecessary stuff; I once asked the dental hygienist about teeth-whitening and she basically said that I might as well brush with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, and that any treatment they might give me wouldn't be much more effective. Talk about down to earth!!"
