"Just went today and had a root canal done. The receptionist is always friendly, the dental assistant was very nice (even said i could hold her hand while getting numb haha) and the Dr did the job that needed to be done (didn't talk but got the job done)."

"Every-time I come I have an amazing experience!! Today I came in with dental pain and Dr.Pratt did my extraction.. he was phenomenal and so was the dental assistant! He’s always so funny and he keeps you engaged.. he made sure I was good from start to finish and it was my first extraction on a molar!! He is sooo top tier! I love this office they have amazing staff including the office staff! 5 stars for sure!"

"Since I posted this review I thought maybe someone from the office would reach out to me and find out what happened, but they as of yet have not done so... which I believe 4 months is plenty of time...it makes me wonder are employees hiding what goes on or does upper management just not care??? It is absolutely not how I would run a business especially one so sensitive as dentistry. And by the way they did a horrible cleaning job it was rushed, the whole visit was very unprofessional all the way around. Instead of the three women talking and giggling about unrelated matters, should have been more focused on the work they were going to be performing on the patient which was me... She seemed confident in the work she was going to perform but she was wrong so I politely got up and left I will never go to a Kenmore dental again in my life same with Aspen"

"I'm so happy I found a wonderful dentist. Not only good at was he does but he has you laughing from start to finish Ive been here now 3 times for myself and one time for my son. Forget being nervous around him..Dr Pratt your amazing and have my 4 year old EXCITED about his next dentist visit. His dental assistant Laurie was so good at what she does, explained every step that she had to do and made me feel so comfortable. It's like I've known her for years. Anyways you have a great group of people and they all work together as a team to give you an awesome experience. Thank you."

"First time visiting this dentist after having tooth pain and I have to say this was the best dental experience I've ever had. I avoid doctors and dentists at all costs but if I would of found this one sooner I would of actually went a long time ago. Dr. Pratt was amazing along with all the staff. Wait time was minimal, office was clean, and staff was friendly. Felt very comfortable with everyone. Did take 3 weeks to get in but I called at least 12 dentists beforehand and they were booked 6-9 months out so I'm not complaining about that either. I'd recommend this place for sure. Side note if you're looking for the normal stuffy dental experience this isn't the place for you. Everyone here was down to earth and talked to me like a person rather than just another patient. 5 stars from me, and I'll be seeing them again soon for some more work."
