"I had my upper partial done here by Dr Rosenthal about 7 yrs ago (whom I just loved) and I came back in Dec to have my 6 broken bottom teeth removed so I could get a bottom denture. I seen Dr wen and he proceeded to give me shot after shot of navacain I told him several times I wasn't numb but he was persistent even tho I could feel everything he finally gave up and told me I had to reschedule for a Monday to have Dr Rosenthal pull thm . Pretty incompetant I haven't been back"

"This place is a joke. Not sure what they do here. Need a procedure and was referred somewhere else unless i wanted extracted. Came back as walk in and was told I have to schedule for extraction. When I got to the appt i had to wait over an hour to be seen. When i finally seen i was referred somewhere else to have pulled. Don't waist your time because they sure waisted mine playing games. So unprofessional. Im feeling as though he only wants to do certain procedures make a quick buck. Leave this place alone. Find another place to patronize. Your welcome."
