"I had an extraction done by Dr. Green on 01/30/2024. It was the most painful extraction I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve had multiple extractions. After leaving the pain worsened. After picking up my Tylenol 3 and antibiotics the pain subsided but the 3 stitches he put in all came out. I called the office and explained to the person that answered the phone that my stitches came out she stated that it was normal and they’re supposed to dissolve. I said I don’t think you heard me correctly I just left the office and they came out she still tried to make me believe that’s what they should do. It is now 02/14 I’m still in pain and skin is detached from my gum. I explained that to the receptionist and all she was concerned with was if I heard back from my insurance company for my next procedure. I will never go back there and I’m seeking legal advice."

"If I could give a separate group of stars I would, 5 for Dr. Greene and 0 for the front desk. I had an appointment last September and called in July to say I wouldn't be able to make it as I am a travel nurse and would be out of the state. I was told I could get an appointment until March since I was canceling and they are really busy. I said that is the best you can do when I'm calling 3 months early? The lady hung up. I called back and the same person answered and I said I was about to ask if there was a cancelation could I be bumped up? She put me on for March, but I just went to another dentist as it was just a cleaning. They were good, but I like Dr. Greene and have been going to him since he was on Shaker Blvd. Although my recent experience was better I still have that disdain for the way I was previously treated. There should be communication classes regularly for people who deal with the public. I do concede that the new front desk personnel are much better than their predecessors."

"The front desk told me that according to their records it was time to schedule an appointment. I arrived to find that it had been cancelled due to a mistake that they had made. Though disappointed and inconvenienced, I tried to be understanding. I was rescheduled to a not so convenient time, but I had to take it or wait many more months to get another. I called and informed them that I was running about 5mins late. When checking in (5mins late) the rude, unprofessional staff told me that my appointment had been cancelled. I ask them about the grace period and reminded them of the history of this appointment. I had been understanding of their mistake. Now, I ask them to give me the same courtesy, but they would not. They also refused to let me speak with the office manager. A few weeks later the office staff attempted to back bill me for dental work that had been paid for already. My family and I have been long time patients of Dr Greene and always received great care from him and the staff. Clearly something has changed within the office. Unfortunately, due to the rude, unprofessional treatment, and the incompetence from the front desk/office, we will not be returning to this dental office."
