I love that they play music in the waiting room & have t.v.s in the rooms to occupy you & give you something to watch instead of staring at the ceiling. Very accommodating & friendly. I have my own dentist that I have been going to wayward of 15 years. I am seriously considering switching to Rockside Family Dental. The experience here is polar opposite from my dentist."

"I went in for a root canal and a crown. After the root canal I paid 1088 and insurance paid 1000. Every single person I told said this was high. Went I returned I had to pay another 845 out of pocket and insurance 600 so all together it was 3500. I disputed this with the owner. He was rude and arrogant the entire time. He said I will refund all of your money and hung up the phone. He then nailed me a letter saying hee was refunding me 200 and to never contact the office again. Now they've used up all my insurance for 2024 and my crown isn't complete. This man isa terrible business owner and a flat out liar. do not go to this business"

They are both super kind, warm, and personable, and I feel that I always receive top-quality care at my visits with them. They practice patient-centered care and include me in the decision-making process for any diagnostic procedure or intervention before deciding how to proceed. Valerie is very attentive to detail. She does gentle but thorough dental cleanings and always informs me about the status of my oral health and the quality of my oral health maintenance. She is highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable, and she educates me on nuances to oral health that I have previously been unaware of.
