"I have always had good experiences. The only hiccup in my most recent dental exam was them giving me a plastic bit too big for my mouth to have my X-Ray taken, triggering my gag reflex. This was only because a different dentist from my usual saw me at first. My usual practitioner showed up to correct her and I do not expect her to make the same mistake again, and she was perfectly cordial with me in spite of my difficulties."

On schedule to bring me back for my appointment. Good, comprehensive, thorough exams and cleanings. In-depth patient education provided. Reviewed my concerns from the patient intake forms and is conscientious of prior bad experiences or feelings of anxiety related to dentists. Kind and comforting dental hygienist and did not feel rushed by the dentist at all (which is my usual experience). Will definitely be back for routine care."
