"the lady that does my fill ins is very rough and seem like she’s in a rush for everything. I like this dentist but I may have to change again"
"Comfort Dental is the greatest dental group I have ever been to. They are very friendly and answer the patient's questions thoroughly. Their goal is to truly save the patient's teeth and gums and bones, at all costs (different than primary healthcare, where many times the goal is surgeries and prescription drugs so they can make a profit). They put safety and health above everything else. Then they help with a maintenance plan, they are cutting edge. I pressed Dr. Byrum, my dentist, and asked if she graduated with honors, she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Amy is great, and Mohammed is outstanding. Amy EFDA, Expanded Function Dental Auxillary Filling Specialist from Case Western Dental School, she was an "A" student. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration. She is a life and health insurance agent, she is genuine. Ask her questions on life and health insurance and she will answer your questions. Comfort Dental used to offer a SPA treatment, but they no longer offer such a service."
"The staff at Comfort Dental in Lakewood is amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be making this my regular stop for exams and cleanings."
"I called 8 different "emergency dental offices" and Comfort Dental Lakewood was the only place open and took me on extremely short notice. My insurance lapsed and their non insurance charge was still rather affordable. Everyone I interacted with were extremely kind and informative with the procedure I needed. Thank you so much comfort dental."
"Honestly I was really disappointed with how I was treated here last month. The office staff were very rude and unprofessional. I don't usually do reviews but I felt like I had to because of my experience. I purchased expensive teeth whitening trays and treatments here this past summer. They were given to me in a plastic bag with no instructions. When I went to start my first treatment I noticed the treatments were expired. I went to have them exchanged and asked the dentist for instructions. She told me to use them only when needed. When I saw again that the treatments given to me were near expiration I went back in again to have them replaced (I'm not spending nearly $300 to have the product expire on me before I can use it). The office receptionist (lady) was incredibly rude (muttering under her breath) and completely ignored me when I asked a question. When I saw the whitening treatment replacements she gave me, they were taken out of the packaging and thrown in the bag I came in with. So now there is no expiration date visible. I have no idea if these are already expired. I have canceled all future appointments, will change my dentist, and will never go here again."
