"Dr. Ryan was great for years. My whole family went there for a long time and all of the sudden for the last couple of visits I’ve noticed pricing changes. I’d always ask for estimates and quotes before I got work done and it was always given to me. The last couple of visits suddenly they couldn’t tell me the estimates anymore until they talked to my insurance… several times I’ve been quoted one number and when I went to check out I was told a higher amount. This happened multiple times with my family. This happened to other members of my family as well…very odd. It seemed extremely fishy and it gave me a bad feeling that they were overcharging and taking advantage of us. When asked for refunds for being overcharged, they made it seem as if it was our fault and made it extremely uncomfortable to get our money back. My family and I will not be going back anymore."
