"I have been a patient of Dr. McCormack since he was in Bay Village. I followed him out to North Ridgeville, & slowly things have gone downhill. I will be requesting a new dental list from my insurance company & will no longer be his patient. The turn over is unbelievable you never have the same hygienist or dentist. This last appointment I barely saw the dentist & he didn’t even go over my X-rays. It will be sad to leave after all this time, but necessary. As a patient I need to feel valued."

"I had called in last night around 5:3O they were closed, so I called after hrs emergency hot line Dr for assistance I called numerous times and finally received a call about 8:30 - Carissa stated they were out to dinner with family that is why Brad and her had not answered. Why be on call if you are not going to take care of patients- she sent script in for antibiotic and ibuprofen. Received call this morning to come in immediately only to be told I need a root canal due to infection- I’m in so much pain. In past experience they usually open the tooth up to drain it, nope just wrote another script for antibiotic and nothing for pain. Which now it’s excruciating pain, and they are closed again. Nurse advised scheduler to get me in soon. I don’t have an appointment until February 1st. So in the mean time I’m suffering with no relief as of yet. Day two of antibiotics and not feeling any relief. Big new building lots more staff but they can’t squeeze me in for a freaking root canal. Unreal. Unreal.. I’ve been going to McCormicks for well over 10 yrs guess it’s time to find a new dentist one who believes in relieving the pain instead of making me suffer- very disappointed in McCormicks. They use to be a great place who seemed to care, with fast service. I have never had a dentist not open up a tooth to release the pressure before a root canal. Asked the girl who was scheduling what do you do for emergency’s which I feel mine Is. Well we try to squeeze you in or send you some place else. Guess I’ll go where they see a root canal as important as it should be. Thanks McCormick dental - hate to go but I’m going some place else. Feb 1st you’ve got to be kidding me. Highly disappointed !! But you have a high score so what does it matter if I’m not satisfied with your service. I liked it better when you sent patients out to another place to get your root canals done - they got you in fast. Like same day fast.."
