"The dentist and hygienist are great. But the office staff and billing are terrible. As of oct 1st if you have delta dentist insurance you pay up front and wait to get reimbursed. You think you could give people a heads up. And i won't go into the other situation that i had with the billing department. I will be going elsewhere for now on."
