"Extremely rude front desk staff, specifically Jasmine (ironically had the same name as me) and the manager at the time. A little customer service can go a long way. Ended up having to cancel my appointment on the spot because the wait was so long and those two individuals made me feel so uncomfortable."

"Rude, condescending staff. Long wait. Lack of communication while waiting. Took my mother here about 3 yrs ago to establish care and neither the staff or dentist made her feel comfortable. It was a bad experience and we never went back. I decided to give it another try with my daughter recently but received the same unwelcoming and condescending treatment from the staff. I wish I had read the reviews first. I do not recommend the Bright Now Dental Office in Chestnut Commons."

"Visited this Dental facility on 1/23/2024. Making the appointment was great. Getting to the office and interacting with the front desk was another issue. Morgan, very Rude! Not very customer service friendly. Morgan had a difficult time verifying my insurance when someone verified it the day before the visit. Additionally, the insurance company interacted with the the office for X-ray issues. Finding a good dental office in Elyria Ohio is very difficult! It does not seem like you can get to the dentist because of the unprofessional staff."

"I've been going here for now 6 years, and honestly, I can't thank the staff enough for the care they give not only me but to my daughter. They always without judgment help calm my anxiety down since I'm nervous all the time at the dentist. They always let me know what they're doing as they're cleaning or when they have to fill a cavity. Which I'm hoping I don't have anymore in the future, but if I do, I know I can count on the people who work here to help me out. They also extend that same care to my daughter and are super gentle with her. I honestly can't thank Bright Now enough."

"What a joke. The dentist came in, looked at my teeth, then asked me if I had any questions. I said, ‘Yes, is someone going to clean my teeth today?’ He replied, ‘No, we don’t have a dental hygienist today.’ Are you kidding me? I literally got up and walked out of the office and grabbed my husband from the next room over. Such a waste of time! That would have been nice to know with a phone call prior to our appointments at 3pm and 4pm. Such a fraud. They better not have the audacity to bill my insurance company. We will NEVER return."
