"Estimate was very high. Told them not to do work without an estimate from the moment I walked in...they did anyway. They tried to charge me, but relented when I noted my demand for an estimate on my initial paperwork. Sought a second opinion and estimate and could not get the x-rays, ct-scan records that I paid for from "The Ohio Periodontal" in a reasonable time. Problematic."
