"I have an exposed nerve in one of my teeth....Took 3 days to even talk to someone... I left an appointment request on their website the first day because I work 3rd shift, so my sleep schedule makes everything a bit harder....called and left a voicemail the second day, when I finally got to speak with a receptionist after calling on the third day, she said she couldn't understand what my name was on the voicemail, but could understand the phone number I left... so why didn't they bother to call me? And that they "ALL go on vacation next week, so it will take about 3 weeks before they can get me in".... That doesn't make sense to me. Why would an entire company take vacation at the same time? She also couldn't even confirm whether they would take my insurance or not. When she noticed I was a bit upset, she made it seem like she couldn't hear me, and that we had lost connection.....EXTREMELY unprofessional, in my opinion. Never trying this place again. If i could give 0 stars, I would in an instant."
