"I am genuinely saddened to know that the GM James has left. He was truly the best person to ever be a general manager and the best one I’ve seen there in literal years. He loved his job staff and customers I want to know why he left? The place is running horribly or maybe it was just a crazy day but I think I won’t be visiting for awhile. Hopefully they find someone that can manage a store again or they will lose a loyal customer.. the food has always been great and the customer service I’ve had since I met James has been phenomenal. He always makes my special needs son feel appreciated and special and that’s not something you see from just anybody. But after the experience I had yesterday I am probably not going back."

"Overall pleasant experience for carryout pizza. I will say that the pizza was pretty kickin but could have definitely dialed it way down on the salt on the crust. I had quite the bit of leftovers but so far the first pizza doesn't really reheat as well as I'd like it to. Service was pretty on par with past experiences. The pizza was getting out of the oven as soon as I walked in so I could see them putting the final touches on the pizza. Plus you can't beat the location being next to several other quick stop shops and being so centrally located on us-42. I will order from here again sometime especially given the affordable prices, but not my EDP choice still."

"Ordered the Pepperoni ExtraMostBestest, pretty disappointed as what I got looks nothing like menu and certainly wasn't extra anything. Also ordered Italian sausage ExtraMostBestest, adding mushrooms and onions, was better but still not impressed. The crazy bread and cheese sticks, family said were ok. Disappointed they no longer have the Crazy Calzone pizza. I do like their pizza sauce and It's good for what you pay."

"I've never left a review but this was so bad i felt like i had to. Grabbed 2 pizza and drove 20 minutes home. 4 people tasted that pizza and said they didn't taste right. I don't know what was wrong but I've eaten there plenty of times and never disliked it. It's not the best pizza but it's no worst than a box pizza at the store. This time something was definitely off. The staff treated us rudely on the phone and at the store when we returned. Told us it would be 45 minutes to get a replacement. Honestly have never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life. I'm not the type to complain. If it's edible I eat it. This pizza was not even edible. It almost tasted like it had an ammonia/chemical on it. Maybe the dough had soured or the sauce was bad, I don't know but that is the only way i could describe it and it wasn't just me it was all 4 of us. We didn't wait for a replacement because after the way they acted I didn't trust eating something they made. I paid for pizza that I just threw in the trash. Horrible management at this location."

"I usually visit this location twice a week, I'm done now. I ordered 4 pizzas tonight and all of them were trash. I noticed once I was home. I tried calling but no one will answer and I'm 30 minutes from the location. How would they think this is acceptable? The supreme was cut in 50 directions? What?"
