Domino's Pizza 6011 Glenway Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211

"I had a craving for Domino's Pizza along with my daughter. Well, more so my daughter but I ordered online at 2:00 p.m. meaning to have it picked up at 3:00 p.m. I called the store knowing I messed up. Kyle, after speaking with the manager, offered to completely remake my order at 3:00 p.m. stating it would be no problem. That's above and beyond and something that definitely needs recognition. Way to go Kyle, the store 2370 keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back"

"A simple order messed, this occurs every single time I order from this location. I attempted to call several times there was no answer ever. I asked for an Alfredo dish with shredded Parmesan, jalapeños that is all. I received this chicken Alfredo bowl and if you cannot tell the noodles were dry and burnt."

"I’m appalled. Tried to get delivery to a location THREE miles away and was told that is out of their zone. Walk in to pick my pizza up after it has been on order and scheduled for pickup for over 3 hours for the time that I arrived and the pizza isn’t ready. They also have some sort of passive aggressive sign stating that they don’t want guests to be on the phone when they walk up to the counter. What kind place is this? Absolute garbage dump."

"The worse experience ever. Went in to order a pizza and the manager told me to go on the app then left. I asked for assistance with the app and was completely ignore by 2 other employees and then asked for the manager again and was ignored. The manager came back in and started counting tops for the silver plates and did not come back to the counter. I said hello I need help and they stated they don’t know how to work the app and continue to ignore me. How do you not know how to work your own app when people need assistance and ignore them because you don’t want to deal with it. The manager at this location is very unprofessional and staff are horrible. Contacted cooperate and no response still a week later."

"I've had this pizza several times. But Friday 8/18/23 the workers didn't care . The pizza was super dark. I asked for well done not burnt there a difference. Don't know if I'm going back we'll see"
