Pizza Hut

"My mother placed an order last night on Super Bowl night. We were told 25 minutes! When we got to the pizza shop there was over 10 people inside waiting on their pizzas. I completely understand it’s one of the busiest nights of the year. When my mother asked about our pizza the guy told her “they lost it” this was after 30 minutes of her waiting inside for her pizza. How the heck do you lose a Pizza. This was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. They insisted on making her a new pizza but who wants to wait another half hour for a pizza. So after being told it would be a 25 minute wait and another half hour to remake another one we left! I now see why I usually never order from this place."

"I would give a zero star if possible. Worst service. Waited over 2 hours and left with no pizza. Brooke kept telling me that my pizza was in the oven and it would be about 25-30 more minutes. This went on for over an hour after my quoted time was hour. She when proceeded to say at the 2 hour mark that my order was cancelled. I am still trying to figure out how a pizza a can be in the oven for over an hour and not burn, but yet be cancelled all at the same time."

"screwed up order, gave us someone else's order didn't notice till my husband got home with the order, they used to double check the order in front of you when you picked it up but clearly not doing that anymore. they remade our order but had to wait another 25 minutes and we had to go back and get it so another round trip of just over 20 minutes and we had company. pizza tasted alright but haven't had pizza hut in awhile and now I remember why"

"I like their pizza but I dread ordering from them. My son wants their stuffed crust pizza so occasionally I oblige. Their delivery take 2 and half hours! It's truly unacceptable. Then I called at 1 hour and 20 minutes checking status and was placed on hold for 30 min. Lol. Hung up and called back asking for status and was told theyd transfer to store but i was hung up on. Called again asking to be transferred to the store only to be placed on hold another 30 minutes then told the store was closed lol. I ordered at 11:30 a.m. and it shoes open. Tuly unbelievable service. Never again."

"I'm used to restaurants only half noticing requests concerning allergies/sensitivities to ingredients. Circleville Pizza Hut went above and beyond to ensure my child had no problems eating her pasta. I'm impressed!"
