"These people are HORRIBLE. They are thieves. I paid $30.43 ($5.49 delivery charge)plus a 4.57 tip with an online order that was NEVER delivered. When I called customer service they said they would submit a "remake" and they would not charge me FOR THE SECOND PIZZA. How generous of them considering I never got the first one. I had to go pick it up myself. While they refunded the delivery charge, no refund on the tip DO NOT TIP ON THE APP WITH THESE PEOPLE."
"The delivery driver asked for a tip saying that he did not have that much gas. What in the world is wrong with people these days. Also I think that the drivers should have heated bags because the pizza was just a little warm when I received it."
