"please do not waste your time or pain going to this dentist. i had fillings done and during one of them, i was crying in pain, tapping the chair to get her to stop doing what she was doing because it HURT. she dismissed my pain and told me “oh it just feels like pressure” then, i walked out and my filling had a grey-ish color to it. i called to see if this was normal as i had fillings before that were totally fine. they said it was due to them not being able to keep my tooth dry while they were filling it. i took their word for it and continued on. i have had TWO fillings fall out within 6 months of having this dentist fill them. i’m not sure with some of these reviews how they’re still in business but i will not be back."

"Well, I was in and out. They did a lot in a little bit of time, with a very fancy x-ray system. They were very busy, and they didn't really explain that I was to come back, and what I was coming back for, until I was about to walk out. They had said, "You are done!" I'm not done. I have to go back for cavities and possible crowns, depending on the insurance. So, there's that. But everybody wants a perfect check-up at the dentist! Oh, I almost forgot. Google makes it look Iike this is the only place here, but it is a complicated little office park where all the little buildings look the same. Pay attention to the suite # ! And you may have to wait outside and call them, as there is no waiting room."

"My daughter and I have been coming here for years! Dr. Hayden & staff are professional and amazing. My daughter chipped her tooth recently and Dr. Hayden got her in same day, and had her looking back normal within a couple of hours of the incident. I am very grateful to have a dentist that is reliable, passionate and caring as Dr. Hayden and her team."

"Incredibly disappointed in the services here. Upon arrival, you are to sit in the car and call to tell them that you've arrived - this is completely understandable; however, they never answer the phone and are consistently running behind. I sat in my car for over an hour prior to my first appointment. I have been to this office four separate times now and have yet to be given a case history or asked any questions. I have been in extreme pain ever since my fillings with them and have been back multiple times to get that fixed. They don't seem to have any empathy for what the patient is experiencing, either. Definitely will not be back!"

"First time to see Dr Hayden, she and her staff were great. Never met a professional with such a great attitude towards her patients. Went out of her way to do everything she could to help me and my daughter, even explained everything in a way for me to easily understand. Can’t say enough about her!"
