"Couldn't tell you how the doctors are at this office, because I didn't even get that far. But if it is anything like my experience with the front desk, it has to be lousy. One of the ladies at the front desk was so incredibly rude, and I mean offensively rude to me over the phone. I was floored by the way she was talking to me. If the doctors allow someone like this to work for them, then they must support this type of patient abuse. On top of it all, the day prior, I requested a list of ingredients/materials used in the night guards that they make and they could not tell me; in fact, they told me to google it. I just couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. Unbelievable."

"Dr Carl has been our family dentist for almost 15 years. He and the hygienists in the office have always been great. The office has a convenient location. I have no complaints, but I only wish there was more online interaction (bill payment, appointments, etc). We have been through a couple of small cavities, an extraction and other small oddities. Everything has always turned out well."

"The exterior of the building being a somewhat enclosed old home made me a bit weary at first, but the homey interior and friendly staff were more than worth the trip. I ended up seeing Dr. Carl, who was brief but thorough and was able to surmise from looking at my mouth what had taken place previously. My hygienist was quick and thorough in her cleaning and did a great job given the gap in my last visit to a dentist (approximately 2 years). She tried, as much as possible, to be gentle. I experienced only mild discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist in the Pleasant Ridge or nearby area. I've already gotten my wife and sister to schedule appointments and they both seemed to enjoy their experience as well."
