"Dental hygienist was knowledgeable. However, she hurt me when inserting dental tools for X-rays, and refused to adjust them. She was not encouraging about oral home hygiene. She informed me that I was doing fine when she inserted X-ray items that caused continuous gagging."

"When I called to make the appointment the person I spoke with was kind and understanding. I let her know what dental insurance I had and that I did not have a card. She asked what company I worked for, and said this should be fine. When I showed up the morning of my appointment nervous because I have anxiety around dental work & I was a new patient. I wasn’t even sure if I was in the correct place because the sign outside didn’t match the name I called through my insurance list of providers. I sat at the front desk for sometime. There were several woman in the area who completely refused to acknowledge me. So I just signed my name on the sign in sheet and sat, figuring that must be the process. Then a different woman came from the back and called my name and acted annoyed I hadn’t filled out paper work yet. No one gave me the paperwork nor was it sent ahead of time. When she asked for my insurance card and I explained I didn’t have it she was extremely rude. I explained that I had stated this on the phone and she said I would never tell you that. Accusing me of lying. I asked if they could look it up if if I knew provider and company which is what I understood from the conversation I had and she said no. Was extremely rude offered zero guidance or helpful information. Just stared at me with annoyance. I called the insurance company and got policy information, but the entire interaction and her vibe upset me so much I left without being seen even though I was in pain. I have no interest in supporting a business that treats people poorly."

"My teeth have been well cared for by Dr. Franklin, Dr. Plotnick, and Dr. Carl over the last 60 years. My cleanings have been done with skill and care by Wendy. I have seen Dr. Bordlee twice, and it seems to me that this excellent dental practice is in very capable hands. Because of the excellent preventive care provided by this practice, I hope to indefinitely delay the need for Dr. Bordlee to do any major work!"
