"The Newport Pavilion location did an amazing job fixing the horrible experience I had at the Florence location. I spent over 5 grand through the Florence location and they never did do a good job with my dentures. The Newport office was able to get my dentures to fit properly with zero adhesive. The Florence location told me they wouldn't hold up to the roof of my mouth because of my bone structure. I still have denture sores from the denture that Florence made and did a hard re cast to once already. Newport did a hard re cast and fixed the problem and they did not make me wait long periods of time. My husband bought a whole set 2 years prior for over 2 grand less than what I paid for 1 top denture and an immediate partial with no permanent partial."

"First impressions of a dreaded visit. Fast. Clean. Informative. Everyone was kind. I received more concern and care at aspen than other 3 previous dental visits in other dental offices I will not name. Still more to do but at this point I feel confident in my choice to stay with them.I only wish I could be asleep for my procedure but they do not have this option. Well visit #2 I came for tooth removal And left impressed I was in office with no pain And healing with no pain.27 teeth removed ! Healing great received emediate dentures. Love the look..was painful to wear at first but made it threw.worth it. #3 visit received excellent care Quick visits and a soft liner in temp dentures Love the staff.cost wasn't so bad. "This is the second time this has happened. Keep in mind, I have to take antibiotics an hour prior to my dental appointment due to my cardiac history. She told me two weeks ago they took my insurance. I made an appointment and get today and took my antibiotics an hour ago. I get here checking in and they said oh your out of network! WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THIS TWO WEEKS AGO! At least the dentist made me take my antibiotics before hand the dentist is great!"
