"Dr. TJ Kramer and his team are excellent. When we moved to Kentucky a year ago, we left our dentist of 40 years behind. I first tried a purportedly high rated franchise dentist. Ouch, poor judgment. I then asked my doctor for a referral…eureka, I meet TJ, oops, Dr. Kramer. From my first call to schedule an appointment, for my crown and filling last week, my experience has been as good as my 40-year favorite. These guys are really good, from greeting at entry to exit after treatment. TJ’s facility is spic and span, oops, that makes me sound old, each member of his team is very professional, yet each has a great personality, and his treatment facilities are state of the art. The real treat is his office administrator. I was very concerned my Medicare Advantage plan wouldn’t cover his services…out-of-network, you know, but she really worked hard/communicated well to ensure coverage for my care. Now for the doc…TJ put me at ease the first time I met him - affable, a great listener, and very sensitive to my pain threshold…my very, very low pain threshold. His skill and confidence are readily apparent. It’s a bit strange, but his demeanor makes me feel as though I just walked into my best friend’s home…but I don’t often visit a good friend to have my teeth drilled. All the way around, Dr. TJ Kramer and team provide my kind of care."
